This is known as geo-engineering and its a controversial weather modification activity to counter the effects of global warming.
The pictures you see are the results aerosol spraying in the skies and the chemicals in the aerosol attract vapours of water from the sky to initiate cloud seeding.
Today for the first we have seen these activities in Somaliland airspace after an aeroplane has made two passes in close distance in the same direction at one hour interval exactly at 13:00 and s cons flight was exactly one hour after that at 14:00.
The aerosol contains dangerous chemicals including aluminium and sulphate that will come down with rainfall and they are known to cause massive health hazards including cancer.
while these activities are taking place in our skies with out the knowledge and consent of Somaliland authorities, the government seems to have no idea of what these aeroplanes are doing in our skies and certainly a clear violation of the sovereignty of our airspace
